Departures from the Boulevard Naciones Unidas (Av. Shyris & Av. Naciones Unidas)
Start of the tour
We will begin the tour aboard Quito's only double-decker bus, where you will discover hidden details and secrets of our city, as our guides share legends and stories of the capital city.
Café Atávico
We invite you to visit the traditional neighborhood of San Blas, where our first stop will be a specialty coffee shop - enjoy a delicious cup of coffee at Atávico Café. Here you will be able to learn more about this traditional neighborhood and the community that makes it up.
Plaza Bellmonte
Visit Quito's first bullring, walk its arena, and learn about the history of this magical place.
Teatro del Ballet Jacchigua
Transport yourself back in time as you step into this incredible theater, learn about the history of Ballet Jacchigua, and enjoy a full 2-hour show. 50 dancers, musicians, technicians, and social researchers bring their knowledge and artistic sensibility to the stage in a choreographic production considered a "Living Museum" by the world and declared the "First Living Cultural Heritage," taking audiences on a journey through the cultural expressions of various Andean regions of Ecuador, in a two-hour production featuring 2,800 kilos of costumes and ethnic elements, under the production and general direction of Rafael Camino Collantes.
End of the tour
At the end, we will return to the Bulevar Naciones Unidas, or you can plan your evening in the traditional neighborhood of San Blas. We look forward to seeing you on our special tour, Secretos de Quito with Jacchigua.
