Terms and conditions of our services

  • Any request for cancellation will be sent and informed by email explaining the reason for cancellation
  • When for any reason you can not operate with the required quality a service, you can make a change of tour, either the same day or another date.
  • If you do not feel that you received the expected quality, you can submit a complaint in writing to our emails informing the situation, in the same way a response will be given and compensation will be proposed. This compensation will not be monetary, but will be in the form of gratuity on another tour of the Company.
  • The Bill – Ticket is the only valid document for the use of the services, in case of loss you will not have access to the bus.
  • Quito Tour Bus will not be responsible for passenger accidents caused by not complying with the safety rules informed inside the buses.
  • Service valid only for the marked date.
  • Check your belongings before leaving the vehicle, we are not responsible for forgotten items.
  • Quito Tour Bus reserves  the right to change vehicles without prior notice.
  • There will be no refund for modifications or cancellations of route or schedule caused by natural disasters, demonstrations, closure of road or other circumstances outside the company.

Refund Policies

  • 72 hours before the tour APPLIES REFOUND (This transaction will have a 10 usd surcharge per invoice for administrative expenses.)
  • Less than 72 hours before the tour DOES NOT APPLY REFOUND.
  • 24 hours before the tour you can request DATE changes
  • In case of not making any notification and the ticket is not used on the date marked, it will be considered as a NO SHOW and there will be no refund or change.
