Entry fees to the islands

As of August 2024, the Galápagos National Park entry fees are:

Foreign Tourists:

• Adults over 12 years old: $200
• Children under 12 years old: $100

Ecuadorian Tourists:

• Adults over 12 years old: $30
• Children under 12 years old: $15
• Seniors over 65 years old and individuals with CONADIS card: $15

Additional information

• The sequence of activities depends on the availability of different tours, transportation, and your flight schedule. If you arrive late in Galápagos, the sequence of your entire tour may change, but you will not miss any tour if you have a late afternoon flight back to Ecuador on the last day.
• It is recommended to book flights arriving in the morning to the Galápagos Islands and departing in the late afternoon from the Galápagos Islands to ensure you can enjoy all activities in the itinerary.
• If your flight is delayed or canceled and you cannot reach Puerto Ayora, the team will assist you in joining the following activities, but you will miss the planned activities.
• There are no guides on the public speedboat transportation between islands.
• Try to bring only small luggage/suitcases as public transport in the Galápagos Islands is quite limited.
• Tap water in the Galápagos Islands may contain bacteria and should not be consumed, even for brushing teeth. Bottled or purified water is always recommended.
• It is important to have valid medical and travel insurance. Please inform us of any known medical conditions you have.
• The operator reserves the right to change the itinerary without prior notice due to weather conditions, availability, regulations, or notifications from the National Park and unforeseen circumstances.
• Photos may be taken during your tour, so it is recommended to bring a USB drive.
• Not suitable for individuals with heart problems or serious medical conditions.
• The type of accommodation depends on the selected rate.
• This tour/activity may have up to 16 travelers.

What to bring

• Light and Comfortable Clothing: The climate can be warm and humid. Bring quick-drying, breathable clothing.
• Sun Protection: Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat or cap to shield yourself from the sun.
• Appropriate Footwear: Comfortable walking shoes and sandals for the beaches. Water shoes or sports shoes are useful for excursions and water activities.
• Swimwear: For swimming and snorkeling. Bring several if you plan on participating in many water activities.
• Lightweight Warm Clothing: Although it’s warm, there can be cooler temperatures at night or during boat excursions.
• Camera and/or Smartphone: You won’t want to miss capturing the beauty of the place. Bring a waterproof camera or a waterproof case if you plan to snorkel.
• Medications and Personal Hygiene Items: Bring any necessary medications and basic items like insect repellent.
• Important Documents: Passport and credit cards.
• Waterproof Backpack: To protect your belongings during boat excursions.
