If you arrive late or do not arrive, there will be no refund or change of date, please do not risk it and arrive on time.

Important information:
You must arrive on time at the place and time indicated for the pick-up or assigned meeting point. Your phone or room will not be called. If you are not at the place and time indicated, the transport will withdraw and not return, do not risk it. Take care of your valuables and always carry them with you in a safe place Arrival time may be affected by traffic or external conditions, any change will be notified directly by the guide or by the office in the tours outside Quito.
