Any request for cancellation will be sent and informed by email explaining the reason for cancellation
When for any reason you can not operate with the required quality a service, you can make a change of tour, either the same day or another date.
If you do not feel that you received the expected quality, you can submit a complaint in writing to our emails informing the situation, in the same way a response will be given and compensation will be proposed. This compensation will not be monetary, but will be in the form of gratuity on another tour of the Company.
The Bill – Ticket is the only valid document for the use of the services, in case of loss you will not have access to the bus.
Quito Tour Bus will not be responsible for passenger accidents caused by not complying with the safety rules informed inside the buses.
Service valid only for the marked date.
Check your belongings before leaving the vehicle, we are not responsible for forgotten items.
Quito Tour Bus reserves the right to change vehicles without prior notice.
There will be no refund for modifications or cancellations of route or schedule caused by natural disasters, demonstrations, closure of road or other circumstances outside the company.
