IMPORTANT WARNING – PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ OUR POLICIES: You must be PUNCTUAL at the designated PLACE and TIME for departure. If you are not at the indicated place and time ⌚, the transport will depart AND WILL NOT RETURN. Please do not take the risk 🚨

If you arrive late or do not show up, no refund or date change will be issued; please arrive on time. Once the client submits their billing information and the electronic invoice has been issued, NO invoice changes will be made under any circumstances; for this reason, it is sent for review prior to authorization.

Galápagos and Cuyabeno

All bookings for Galápagos and Cuyabeno are final. Once the purchase is completed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted. Please carefully review your booking details before confirming payment.

General Instructions

Please arrive on time at your designated pick-up location or meeting point. We will not call your phone or hotel room. If you are not at the designated location at the scheduled time, the transportation will depart without you and will not return. Please be punctual to avoid missing your tour.

Keep your valuables safe and carry them with you at all times.

For the Quito City Tour, please note that the arrival time of the double-decker bus may be affected by traffic or other external conditions. Any changes will be communicated directly by the tour guide or, for tours outside Quito, by our Operations Department.
